Jeddah is open. AMAALA and Shura were licensed in October 2026. Sindalah is a marina on paper and a delayed island. We write the hull for the berth that exists.

Red Sea Global. 119 berths, to 120 metres, clubhouse open to founding members. A winter base between Suez and the Indian Ocean.
159 berths, the largest island marina in the Kingdom. Residential and recreational. The house boat, not the superyacht.
King Abdullah Economic City if the berth is there now. Sindalah’s 86-berth marina is the later one. Do not order a boat for a pontoon that is not built.
